The Queens, NY Trini Barbie won big at the 2010 BET Hip Hop Awards scheduled to air later in October. Nicki won three awards at the show on Sat night. Minaj was the winner of the "rookie of the year", "made you look", and "people's champ" awards. Nicki's debut album "Pink Friday" hits stores in November.
